Audit
Our core business is auditing. In addition to auditing annual financial statements, we perform a significant number of audits for transformations, mergers and divisions. Over the past years, we have conducted audits for numerous domestic and EU-funded grants. Our clients operate across various sectors of the economy. Our colleagues also hold auditing certifications for IFRS and financial institutions.
Audit of Annual Financial Statements
As the statutory auditor for over a hundred companies, we conduct audits of annual and simplified annual financial statements. Our clients include financial enterprises, companies that are part of international corporate groups, and municipally owned entities across various economic sectors.
Audit of Grants and Projects
We have many years of extensive experience in auditing project financials for both domestic and EU-funded projects.
Other Audit Services
Our services also include additional audit tasks based on legal requirements or owner decisions, such as: reviewing valuation of asset contribution, NAK reports, freight transport reports, and the audit of asset value adjustments.
Audit of Transformations, Mergers, and Divisions
Over the years, we have gained extensive and diverse experience in auditing transformations, mergers, and divisions. We are considered experts in this field, with our colleagues having published numerous articles and books on the subject.
Consultancy
In addition to auditing, consulting is a key activity of our company. Alongside tax and accounting matters, we place particular emphasis on group structure development, company transformation advisory, and corporate due diligence.In this area, we rely heavily on both our highly experienced colleagues and a network of external experts.
Tax Advisory
A key component of our services is tax advisory, including the preparation of tax advisory opinions in both domestic and international contexts.

Reorganization and Group Structure Development
Since our establishment, we have been involved in over a hundred transformations. We have extensive experience in designing and analysing corporate group structures from business, tax, and accounting perspectives, as well as in developing succession strategies.We assist companies and organisations with reorganisations, providing support for restructuring of specific activities.
Due Diligence and Business Valuation
We assist our clients in analysing accounting and administrative processes, identifying financial and tax opportunities, and assessing risks.
For acquisitions, company sales, or at the request of owners for tax or other purposes, we conduct income-based and asset-based business valuations.
Accounting Consultancy
We partner in the development, review, and implementation of accounting systems, as well as in the preparation of parent company reports, in accordance with both Hungarian and IFRS standards. We also assist in the creation and review of accounting policies.

International Relations
Since 2012, our company has been the only Hungarian member of the Integra International network.
We are a member of Integra International, a global association of independent accounting, audit, and advisory firms. The members of this network support each other and their clients by combining local knowledge of their respective business environments and regulations with a global perspective. Within the association, 130 firms and nearly 600 experts from 74 countries are actively involved.

Our colleagues are the authors of numerous professional articles and books.
A significant publication is the book Gazdasági társaságok átalakulása, now in its 14th edition, published by VEZINFÓ. This work addresses the legal, accounting, and tax aspects of transformations, mergers, and divisions.
